• イノベーションに関する研究活動を通じて「どのようなシーンで、どのような願望を持つ可能性が高いか」の願望発生確率データを蓄積してきたVISITS Technologies社。
  この巨大なデータベースから「オフィスで発生する課題や願望」に関するデータを抽出し、「願望を叶えるオフィス空間」をデータドリブンにデザインするという独自手法を開発した。これは、社員の行動データをベースにオフィスデザインを行うという手法に比べ、「社員の幸福度向上」という観点で、より一層効果的であることが分かっている。
  VISITS Marunouchiにおいてもデータを元に五感を刺激する要素や周辺環境を取り込み、アトモスフィア（空気感）をデザインすることで、生産性を高める環境を創り出した。
